Patient had history of breast cancer with previous bilateral mastectomies as well as reconstruction by another surgeon. She had capsular contracture of her implants with unfavorable results. We performed revision of her reconstructed breasts with implant exchange, capsulectomies, and rearrangement of the implant pockets. Before and after results are shown.
