Patient had extremely large, heavy breasts, with significant neck and back pain. She had difficulty with her daily activities due to pull on her necks. She tried almost every alternative treatment to relieve her symptoms, from chiropractors to physical therapy and massage to different supportive bras with no success. She underwent liposuction assisted short scar breast reduction despite the large size of her breasts. Most surgeons would perform traditional anchor shape scar breast reduction with inferior pedicle technique due to size, however we exclusively perform short scar reductions and lifts as was in this case. Her symptoms are resolved completely, and her before and after pics are shown.
