Patient desired fuller breasts. She stated that her breasts have been deflated after her pregnancies, and her occasional weight gain and loss. She had size and shape asymmetry before the surgery. She underwent dual plane technique breast augmentation to achieve natural results. Silicone implants were used. The implant size on the right was 492 cc, and on the left 457 cc. Her before and after results are shown.
