Her previous surgeon placed very large implants wishing to correct her droopy breasts, instead of offering her a breast lift. Instead, large implants made it worse by stretching even more the already stretched breast skin. Her large saline implants were exchanged with smaller silicone implants, and short scar breast lift was performed to correct her post-surgical breast deformity.
