Patient had bilateral breast augmentation by another surgeon with unfavorable results. Her previous surgeon placed large implants to be able fill her stretched breast skin to avoid breast lift, however it made things even worse. She had asymmetry in size and shape with excessive stretch of the bottom of breasts due to large implants. Her right implant was also crossing the midline, and extending to the left side. We performed bilateral implant exchange using smaller 350 cc silicone implants, internal rearrangement of the implant pockets, and short scar breast lift. Her before and after pictures are shown.
