Patient who was early 50’s, probably would undergo a cookie cutter facelift procedures by many surgeons, however she had MAG-5 only even without an upper eyelid surgery. Her low eyebrows, tear trough deformity (lower eyelid circles), and cheek ptosis all are corrected.
