Patient had few pregnancies, and subsequently gained significant amount of weight. She had to undergo gastric bypass surgery for weight loss (as you can see from her upper abdominal scarring). After pregnancies, and her massive weight loss, she ended up with deflated and droopy breasts, and significant excess skin particularly around her tummy. She underwent “Mommy Makeover”, which consisted of bilateral breast augmentation with lift, and liposuction assisted tummy tuck. Her loose abdominal muscles were particularly tightened during the tummy tuck.
