This is a skinny patient with significant abdominal muscle/fascia damage after pregnancy. She developed a significant diasthesis recti, which is essentially a large abdominal hernia, and that’s why had significant bulging on mid abdomen. She also had deflated breasts after pregnancy and breast feeding. She underwent “Mommy Make-over” to correct the above mentioned. She had bilateral silicone implants, and tummy tuck.
