Patient had history of breast cancer with previous bilateral mastectomies as well as reconstruction by another surgeon. She had capsular contracture of her implants with unfavorable results. She also hadsignificant abdominal wall laxity with excess skin and fat on abdomen. We performed revision of her reconstructed breasts with implant exchange, capsulectomies, and rearrangement of the implant pockets, as well as lipo assisted tummy tuck. Her before and after results are shown.
