Patient underwent MOHS surgery by dermatologist to treat his skin cancer. He was referred to us afterwards for reconstruction. Nasolabial flap was used to reconstruct the tip of nose and ala defect. Dermabrasion was also used after the flap healed to further fine tune his results.
