Patient underwent MOHS surgery by dermatologist to treat her skin cancer. She was referred to us afterwards for reconstruction. She had a previous skin cancer, which was treated by a skin graft by another plastic surgeon. She had a very large area of hair loss due to the graft, and her skin cancer also recurred, and dermatologist had to excise even more from her skin graft. We performed stage scalp reconstruction not only to close her new wound, but also to get rid of her hairless scalp. Afterwards, she had no area on the scalp with hair loss.
