Patient had extremely thin lips due to elongated upper lip. She had upper lip shortening (bullhorn lip lift), along with valentine corner of mouth lip to give her back the fullness she had when she was younger. Her lips look naturally full, and does not have the unnatural duck lips. CO2 laser resurfacing performed to smooth out the skin lines. Radiesse was used only to create natural lip lines (cupid’s bow and philtral columns).
